Windows to our souls?
Mark Menjivar for Good Magazine, put together this very cool picture show showcasing the contents of strangers’ refrigerators. It's a little voyeuristic but nonetheless, I suggest checking it out. Mine - leftover Chinese food, sparkling cider (clearly from Christmas) and all - is pictured above.

So was that snake that the one person had in their freezer real? It was the beastly chef who could bench 300 lbs...
Chocolate pudding cups, raspberry honey mustard pretzel dip.....where's the kale??
That snake freaked me out too because it appeared to, in fact, be frozen - which means it wasn't simply placed there for the photo. Are they high in protein or something?
And the kale, my dear filatore, is in the garden!! I almost wrote something about how sparingly I have used the fridge lately and linked up to those anti-fridge folks I posted about months ago... Considering I don't eat meat and I invute myself to dinner at my sisters on the regular, my fridge use is sorta limited. A lot of the crap in my frigde has been there a while actually... wowzers. Maybe garden and counterspace pics should be included??
In a random related comment, I had a period of my life where I killed and skinned multiple snakes. Snakes have an involuntary muscle response that allows them to wiggle and squirm long after they have been clinically dead. When you put a freshly killed snake in the freezer, it will curl up in that defensive pose.
This is information I could have gone my whole life now knowing... lol...
