I think the most appealing part of that article was at the end when Higgins posted a Kale recipe with the comment that "hot, fresh corn bread dripping in butter is always a good accompaniment..." Which is further proof of butter's amazing power that it can make even kale delicious ;)

LOL... I prefer it raw and thrown into salads but regardless of preparation, it's clearly popular and awesome.
