Weeds = Superfood?

First off, are they considered weeds or flowers? I really don't know.. however i must admit it is enticing to think of the monetary and carbon footprint reduction one could have if they do in fact taste good!!
Hmmm... I'm gonna go with the weed classification however, they often can be found - for purchase - at farmers markets... which is interesting cause you would literally be buying a bundle of weeds.
